COLD SPRING, Minn. – Minnesota Army National Guard Sgt. Cole Barthel is presenting the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Award to his employment supervisor, Andres Moreno.
MINNEAPOLIS – During a recent ceremony recognizing the 30th Anniversary of the First All-Woman Crew in Minneapolis Fire Department history, Fire Chief Bryan Tyner signed the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Statement of Support, signaling the Department’s commitment to support employee members of the Guard and Reserve during and after their service.
DULUTH, Minn. – Thirty-one supportive employers from Duluth, surrounding cities and Wisconsin participated in a Bosslift from the 148th Fighter Wing in Duluth Sept. 9.
ST. PAUL, Minn. – Seventeen supportive employers participated in an ESGR Bosslift from Holman Field – Army National Guard Aviation Support Facility in St. Paul Sept. 16. The employers represented a wide range of companies, from some of the largest in the world or their fields (Cargill, 3M, Medtronic, Securian) to government (Transportation Security Administration, Minneapolis Fire Department) to local small businesses (Twin Cities Trapeze) and many in between.
MAPLE GROVE, Minn. – Boston Scientific supervisor Sonia James received an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Patriot Award Sept. 16. James was nominated for the award by Minnesota Army National Guard Sgt. Erik Olson for her support of his military duties.
SILVERDALE, Wash. – David Damon, president and CEO of Kitsap Physical Therapy, was presented with a Patriot Award by Jim Miller, awards chair for the Washington Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Committee, in recognition of extraordinary support of his employee serving in the Navy Reserve.
