GREAT FALLS, Mont. – Aranda Taylor of Benefis Orthopedic Center of Montana was awarded a Department of Defense Patriot Award by Montana Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (Montana ESGR) volunteer Kaitlyn Mitcham. The award was presented on behalf of her civilian employee Montana Air National Guard Tech. Sergeant Christine Guzman with the 120th Airlift Wing Medial Group.
The Patriot Award, developed by ESGR to publicly recognize employers like Aranda Taylor who provide outstanding patriotic support and cooperation to their employees who have answered their nation’s call to serve.
This year, ESGR celebrates 50 years of working to assure National Guard and Reserve military personnel are treated fairly and legally with regard to their civilian jobs. ESGR’s vision is to develop and promote a culture in which all American employers support and value the military service of their employees.
