IRVINE, Calif. – Suzanne Rehmani was presented with a Patriot Award March 3 by Reginald Fields, California Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve in recognition of extraordinary support of her employee serving in the Guard and Reserve.
Rehmani was nominated for being highly supportive of the United States Marine Corps Reserve by her Reserve Component employee, Capt. Robert Christensen.
Christensen stated: “Suzanne Rehmani has been incredibly supportive of my military service. In June 2015, after five years on active duty, lacking experience in the civilian sector and having completed one year of legal education, she generously offered me a paid, full-time Summer Associate position at her law firm. When the summer concluded, Suzanne allowed me to continue working part-time while I completed my studies. In December 2015, I joined the Marine Corps Reserve and was assigned as the Commanding Office for Fox Company 2/23. Due to the responsibilities of this new position, I often needed to rearrange my work schedule. Suzanne accommodated each of my requests and was extremely supportive of my career in the Marine Corps Reserve. I could not have asked for a better boss or employer during this last year.”
