LOS ANGELES – Denise Long, Patricia Ann Kane and Rosa Viramontes were each presented with a Patriot Award recently by Ernest Cowell, California Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve in recognition of extraordinary support of their employee serving in the Guard and Reserve.

Long, Kane and Viramontes were each nominated for being highly supportive of the United States Army Reserve by their Reserve Component employee, Chief Warrant Officer 5 Belynda Lindsey.

Lindsey stated: “My supervisor Denise Long covers for me on several occasions.  All in all, she covers to keep me out of big-big trouble.  My manager Patricia Kane, has shown the greatest support during my military career because she always makes sue of my family, my husband and my children.”
